Service Booking & Vendor Discovery Platform

Developed a web platform that allows businesses to create their own vendor pages, showcase their services, define working hours and manage customer reservations through an automated booking system.

Each business can present its available services, operating schedule and service details, while regular users can browse vendors and reserve one or multiple services based on available time slots. The system automatically checks the vendor’s working hours and existing reservations to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure users can only book valid free time slots.

The platform also includes an AI chatbot feature designed to help users discover the most suitable service for their needs. Instead of manually searching through all available options, users can describe what they are looking for and receive guidance toward relevant services.

This project strengthened my experience in building marketplace-style platforms with vendor management, service scheduling logic, reservation systems, availability checking, user workflows, and AI-assisted service discovery.
